AXESS TMC

Gallagher

VisionTime operates in conjunction with Command Centre access control system bringing a fresh approach to the management of time recording, duties and rosters.  By adopting a joint access control and time recording approach, the working times and security of employees can be managed together.

Check-ins and time stamps from users accessing doorways are immediately sent to VisionTime.  This has the practical effect of only needing to have one hardware device for both time and attendance, and access control.

Microsoft

VisionTime is integrated with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as SharePoint and Dynamics to display employee data available in VisionTime.

Real time information regarding employees’ time records and absences are viewable within email, Word or Excel by right clicking or hovering over the employee's name.

There is also the potential to integrate data from other systems eg payroll, HR with these applications.

Advantages

• Provides HR and managers easy access to VisionTime data while still in Microsoft Office
  
• No need to remember lots of passwords for systems that might be used infrequently
• Managers can send email requests to HR for information from VisionTime and other systems eg payroll or HR. The query is answered by sending an email showing the data fields from these other systems in a side panel in the email.
